The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) had introduced an online system for PR applications on 18 December 2017.

With the launch of the new e-service, ICA will no longer accept hard copies of PR application forms from applicants. All PR applications will only be accepted through the online system. The Singapore High Commission has therefore ceased to accept PR application forms over the counter as all applicants must submit applications via the online system.

From 18 December 2017, applicants will access the online system with their SingPass and enter the required information into an electronic application form. All supporting documents can be scanned and submitted electronically.

ICA will collect the processing fee of $100 per applicant at the point of submission of the PR application. Each successful applicant will also be required to pay a $20 fee for the Singapore Entry Permit. The total fee payable for each successful PR applicant is $120.
