          You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in London, United Kingdom under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the provision of Mobile Phone Services for the Singapore High Commission.


2        Interested vendors are kindly requested to contact the High Commission (Mr Karol Wenda) at the following email addresses to request for the quotation documents.

Closing Date and Time


3        The closing date of the ITQ is Friday, 21 January 2022 at 1700 hrs (local UK -GMT). Quotations submitted after the closing date and time may be disqualified.


Mode of Submission


4        Vendors offers shall be submitted to the Singapore High Commission in email to london_procurement@mfa.sg before the closing date.
