INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER REFERENCE NO.:FOR00ETT22000051
You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in London, United Kingdom under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the Provision of security manning services for the Chancery located 9 Wilton Crescent, SW1X 8SP.
2 Interested vendors are kindly requested to contact the High Commission (Mr Karol Wenda) at the following email addresses to request for the Tender documents. All enquiries regarding this ITT shall be made in writing via electronic mail to ALL the following addresses no later than 48 hours before the closing date.

Compulsory Tender Briefing
3 A compulsory tender briefing will be conducted at 1100hrs on Thursday, 29 September 2022. Interested tenderers should contact Mr Karol Wenda, Properties Manager at properties.lon@gmail.com to register for the briefing.
Closing Date and Time
4 The closing date of the ITT is Friday, 28 October 2022 at 1600hrs (local UK-BST). Quotations submitted after the closing date and time may be disqualified.
Mode of Submission
5 Vendors offers shall be submitted to the Singapore High Commission in email to london_procurement@mfa.sg before the closing date.
