Invitation to Quote for gardening services at the Official Residence

To all Potential Suppliers



            You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in London, United Kingdom under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for Gardening Services at the Official Residence.


2 This ITQ contains the following:


  1. Covering Letter; 

  2. Instructions to Potential Suppliers (Quotations); 

  3. Conditions of Contract; 

  4. Requirement Specifications;


3 Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read all documents enclosed in this ITQ carefully before submitting your Quotation.


4 All enquiries regarding this ITQ shall be made in writing sent via electronic mail to London_Procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to Ms Shalini Arasu. All enquiries are to be made in accordance with Clause 16.5 of the Instructions to Potential Suppliers.


5 A compulsory site-briefing will be held on 30 October 2024 at 1500 hours (GMT). Please register your attendance by emailing London_Procurement@mfa.sg.


The ITQ will close on 6 November 2024 at 1500 hours (GMT). All proposals shall be submitted via email to London_Procurement@mfa.sg.
