QUOTATION FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) SYSTEM DESIGN, TENDER PREPARATION, SUPERVISION AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

 

   You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in London, United Kingdom under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the provision of consultancy and project management services for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system design, tender preparation, supervision and contract administration.


2   This ITQ contains the following:


  1. Covering Letter;

  2. Instructions to Potential Suppliers (Quotations);

  3. Conditions of Contract; and

  4. Requirement Specifications.


3   Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation.


4   Enquires and Proposals should be submitted to the following email address: London_procurement@mfa.sg copying Andy_SIM@mfa.gov.sg and be addressed to Mr Andy Sim. All enquiries are to be made in accordance with Clause 16.5 of the Instructions to Potential Suppliers.


5   A compulsory briefing cum site show-round will be conducted on 29 October 2024 at 2:00 PM (local time, London). To register, please email Mr Andy Sim at Andy_SIM@mfa.gov.sg and copy London_procurement@mfa.sg.


6   Please indicate the Email Subject as “Provision of consultancy and project management services for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system design, tender preparation, supervision and contract administration”. All Proposals should reach the High Commission not later than 5 November 2024 at 5:00 PM (local time, London).


7   The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on the High Commission’s website.
