Invitation to Tender - Provision of Cleaning Services

TENDER NOTICE

To all Tenderers

TENDER REFERENCE NO.: SHC-ITT2025-003

                You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in London, United Kingdom under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for Term Contract for Cleaning Services for a Period of Two (2) Years with an Option to Extend for One (1) Year.

2              This ITT contains the following:

4. Annex C - Requirement Specifications

5. Annex D – Liquidated Damages

6. Annex E – Price Schedule

7. Annex F - Conditions of Contract

3              Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your Tender Offer.

Tender Closing Date

4              The closing date of the tender is Monday, 29 December 2025 at 1500hrs (GMT). Tenders submitted after the closing date and time will be disqualified.

Mode of Submission

5              Tender offers shall be submitted to the Singapore High Commission (9 Wilton Crescent, SW1X 8SP) in a sealed envelope by hand as stipulated in “Annex B - Instruction to Tenderers”.

6              All enquiries regarding this ITT shall be made in writing and sent via electronic mail to ALL the following email addresses no later than 7 working days before the closing date:

7              The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Tender Offer, or the whole or any part of the Tender Offer.
