Invitation to Tender - SHC-ITT2026-002 - Provision of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Upgrade Works

To all Tenderers

1             You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore, represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in London, United Kingdom under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the Provision of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Upgrade Works.

2             The ITT package comprises the following documents:

i. Covering Letter

ii. Prescribed Form of Tender

iii. Instructions to Tenderers

iv. Conditions of Contract

v. Requirement Specification (including Price Schedule and Evaluation Criteria)

vi. Form of Agreement

3             The tender opens on Friday, 24 Apr 2026, and closes on Friday, 29 May 2026 at 5pm (London time). Tenders submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.

4             For tender specifications or related enquiries, please contact Mr Andy Sim at Andy_SIM@mfa.gov.sg and Ms Ang Qing Yu at Ang_Qing_Yu@mfa.gov.sg. Documents will be released upon signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

5             All tenders must be completed in accordance with the ITT requirements and submitted by hand, in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Provision of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Upgrade Works”. Submissions should be delivered to:

6             The Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Singapore High Commission.
